Frequently Asked Questions
Turnaround varies depending on the complexity of your project and the services involved. A standalone 3D print typically takes 5–10 business days. Full pipeline projects — design, model, print, and cast — generally run 3–8 weeks depending on quantity. Rush timelines may be available depending on current workload, and for an additonal cost. Let us know your deadline when you reach out and we'll be upfront about what's possible.
Pricing varies based on complexity, the number of steps involved, and the overall scope of your request — no two projects are quite the same. Requests range from a simple 3D print all the way to a large order of detailed casted toys. Our Fiverr listings are a great starting point to get a sense of base pricing for common services. That said, prices can go up or down depending on detail level, quantity, design complexity, and what's actually needed to bring your specific idea to life. We're always happy to discuss your project and put together a fair quote before you commit to anything.
There's no hard cap on quantity for resin cast runs, though larger orders require longer lead times and we'll discuss production scheduling upfront. For very high volumes, we may recommend transitioning to vinyl or injection-molded production through a third-party manufacturer — something we can help guide you through if needed. Reach out and we'll work out what makes sense for your scale.
Most of our design services include up to 3 rounds of revisions as standard. Revisions cover adjustments to proportions, poses, and general design direction — they don't include complete redesigns or changes in scope. If you need additional rounds beyond what's included, or need to make design changes once manufacturing has begun, we're happy to accommodate at an agreed rate. The clearer your reference and direction upfront, the smoother the process tends to be.
Our resin 3D printing build volume supports figures up to approximately 18 inches. Larger pieces can be produced by printing in sections and assembling seamlessly before casting. Most designer toys fall in the 3-8in range, which we handle with no issues. If you have an unusually large format in mind, just let us know and we'll confirm feasibility for your specific design.
No, we currently only ship in the U.S at this time. Shipping costs and transit times depend on your location and the size of the order. We'll provide a shipping estimate as part of your quote. Figures are carefully packaged to arrive safely, and tracking is included on all shipments.
